A fortnightly podcast that sums up all those reports on climate and energy you don't have time to read. Because there is too much.
Luke has been CEO of the Energy Efficiency Council, Australia's peak body for energy management and electrification, for over a decade. He has a Master of Environment from the University of Melbourne and contributes to a variety of boards, government advisory bodies and wonky group chats.
As well as co-hosting LMSU, he also hosts the EEC's First Fuel podcast.
A senior sustainability and public policy leader passionate about diversity, ethics in leadership, championing social justice issues and advocating ambitious public policy to support the transition to a zero emissions economy. My experience includes a diverse range of roles from technical engineering consulting and international development work, to government and industry roles focused on energy and climate change policy. I am currently the National Policy Director at the Property Council of Australia and lead the national policy and advocacy agenda on sustainability, cities, housing and regulatory affairs for the property industry and moonlight as a co-host of the popular climate and energy podcast Let Me Sum Up.
By day, Tennant is climate and energy guy for the Australian Industry Group. By night, he is a podcast co-host, a role-playing game moderator and an enthusiastic cook. At all times, a tireless carbon border adjustment enthusiast and dodgy spreadsheet wrangler!
